The seller certifies that the puppy you purchase is free from known congenital or hereditary defects that would significantly impact the dog's quality of life or suitability for its intended purpose. At the time of placement, he/she has been given all vaccinations and wormings stated on the vaccination record provided to the buyer(s). I do my best to provide the new owner with a healthy puppy. The buyer agrees to have their dog examined by a licensed veterinarian  within 72 hours or 3 business days of receiving their puppy. Any serious health concern discovered during this time must be reported promptly. The buyer will become responsible for further vaccinations, boosters, and wormings. If this puppy becomes sick or has a genetic defect, the following stipulations must be adhered to in order for this guarantee to be valid. The official report from a licensed vet stating, that the puppy has a genetic defect that would hinder the pup, must be sent to me along with the phone number of the vet’s office. If the puppy should die, a necropsy must be done by a licensed vet stating the cause of death. The documentation must be forwarded to me before a determination will be made. The seller reserves the right to confirm the diagnosis with a vet of my choice. The seller will not be responsible for any expense you may incur, including return shipping and vet expenses.​

Upon confirmation, the breeder will offer one of the following remedies, at the breeder's discretion:

1. Partial refund commensurate with the severity and impact of the condition, or

2. Replacement puppy when available.

This guarantee does not cover conditions caused by injury, neglect, improper care or environmental factors after placement.

This guarantee applies only to the original buyer. Parasites are not covered under warranty as a puppy can pick these up overnight when traveling. Your puppy will be up to date on worming and should be wormed regularly as recommended by your vet. Your puppy must receive the following follow-up vaccinations for this warranty to be in effect: 10 weeks: DHPP, 12 weeks: DHPP & Lyme, 14-16 weeks: DHPP, Rabies & Lyme. I do NOT recommend the Leptospirosis vaccine, however, you will need to consider the risk vs. benefits with your vet.​

Hernias, umbilical or inguinal, are occasionally present in puppies. If surgery is required, we provide $50 for umbilical and $75 for inguinal. Most will be outgrown. If not, they can be easily repaired at time of spaying or neutering. It is highly recommended if you are not planning on breeding to spay/neuter your puppy.

We have raised this puppy from sound parents, and it is your responsibility to take good care of him/her to ensure a long, healthy life. You play an important role in helping your puppy grow into a healthy adult.

​If you are not able to keep this pup in the future and wish to return it to the seller, you may do so along with the paperwork provided by the seller at the time of purchase. You WILL NOT receive a refund for this pup.

I, the seller, do hereby agree to offer a 2-year genetic guarantee from the date of purchase which covers congenital or hereditary conditions, including but not limited to cardiac defects that materially affect the dog's health or functional soundness on this puppy as stated in the conditions above.
